No waste diner
On June 6 there will be a No Waste Dinner for which guests can register. Guests can glorify themselves at meals that are prepared without any waste. Think of the versatility of the carrot. This can be used in the main course and the skin for the dessert like in Carrot Cake. Albert Kooy, the inventor of the New Dutch Kitchen, also has five pillars: culture, healthy, nature, quality and profit. Local and sustainable food and knowing where your food comes from is of paramount importance.
